Tell us what you need
Share the business context, the people the website serves, examples you like and what visitors need to accomplish. A rough idea is enough to start.
Every engagement starts with a clear brief and a written scope. We define what is being delivered, who supplies the content, and how review and launch decisions will be made.
Individual proposals may vary, especially when a project requires specialist integrations or additional development.
Share the business context, the people the website serves, examples you like and what visitors need to accomplish. A rough idea is enough to start.
We clarify content, page types, required features, integrations, accessibility needs and any technical limitations. We may suggest a phased approach.
Before production, you receive a written quotation describing deliverables, timeline assumptions, review rounds, payment milestones and any costs charged by other providers.
We develop the agreed work, share it for review and address feedback within the approved scope. New features or changed requirements are quoted separately.
After agreed testing and approval, we launch or deliver the finished assets. Access, documentation, maintenance options and ongoing subscriptions are confirmed at handover.
Our website starting prices are not a promise that every project can be delivered at that figure.
Agreed pages or deliverables, design direction, technical functionality and the specific number of review rounds.
Approved business details, original or properly licensed images, service information, legal policies, timely feedback and access to necessary accounts.
Domain registration, paid hosting, email services, licensed media, premium subscriptions and external transaction or integration fees are identified separately unless a proposal expressly includes them.
We distinguish corrections within the agreed scope from added pages, features or substantial changes in direction. Additional work requires approval of an updated estimate.
Production estimates depend on timely access to materials and decisions. The project schedule and approval points are recorded in the proposal.
Where practical, domain and hosting accounts should be owned by the client. Handover, usage rights and any post-launch maintenance are defined in writing.
Not at present. There is no online checkout for our agency fees. After the project is scoped, we explain the agreed payment method in the written quotation or invoice. Do not send card details through the enquiry form.
Any deposit, stage payments and final balance are specified in your individual proposal before work starts. The website does not establish a universal percentage for every project.
We review how the change affects workload and timing. Work outside the approved scope is not added automatically; we provide an updated quote for approval.
Only when stated in the written quotation. We identify third-party renewals and any ongoing support separately so you can see who is responsible for them.
Editing depends on the platform and the CMS features included in your scope. We explain the handover method and what ongoing technical support, if any, is needed.
We'll review the brief and discuss a realistic scope before issuing a final quotation.
